Offering a quick market update as my crystal ball is shorting out. Interest rates are going in the right direction and real estate markets should be more exciting in the year ahead.
There were 33 sales in Whistler in November, which is below the 5-year average of 63 November sales. Of these sales, 29 went for under the asking price, 1 went for asking and 3 went for over the asking price.
Squamish had 34 sales in November, which is below the 5-year average of 50 sales in November. Of these sales, 27 went for under the asking price, 3 went for asking, and 4 went for over asking.
