In Whistler, there were 42 sales in September, which is below the 5-year average of 56 September sales. Of these sales, 1 went for over the asking price, 4 went for asking, and 37 went for under the asking price.
There were 39 sales in Squamish in September, which is below the 5-year average of 43 September sales. Of these sales, 4 went for over the asking price, 6 sold for the asking price, and 29 sold for under asking.
